One-Wear Shipping and Returns
- All payments are debited from your account when the goods are ordered.
- We use PayPal for our online payments. If you do not wish to use a PayPal account please click on the button "Check Out as a Guest" and then you can enter either your credit card or debit card details.
- All orders (subject to stock availability) are dispatched the next business day at the very latest.
- Orders received on UK Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- If we are unable to dispatch by the next business day we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund.
- One-Wear Disposables will ship anywhere in the world
International Shipping to New Zealand
- International Shipping is charged at a fixed rate, no matter how large the order.
- One-Wear sends all orders by Royal Mail Air Mail.
- Orders are sent from the UK and you will be liable for local customs and duties.
- If for some reason you wish to return your order please email us at ask@One-Wear.co.uk and we will provide you with a Return Identification number and the postal address to send the packet to.
- When returning the items please ensure that you include a copy of the invoice.
- Due to the sanitary nature of the underwear we are unable to accept returns of opened packets of underwear.

- Payments will be refunded within 2 working days of receiving the returned items.
